Derrick Seidel began his adventure in the optical field in 2012 starting as an Eyewear Consultant.  He is now a New York State licensed Optician as of November of 2015.  He loves helping his patients not only look the best they can, but to educate them on the latest and greatest technologies for their lenses.  Derrick also has experience manufacturing optical lenses in a full surfacing lab.  When Derrick isn’t helping patients see their best, he can be found playing music as he’s been doing for the past 15 years.  Also, whatever you do, don’t ask him about his pets, because he may never stop talking about them! Derrick can be found in our Albany, Clifton Park and Troy locations and is always willing to help his patients with a smile.
