Dr. Howard Kushner has been practicing optometry for more than 30 years.  He provides general eye care, pediatric care, and LAL intraocular implant management. 

Prior to joining Ophthalmic Consultants of the Capital Region, Dr. Kushner was in private practice in Saratoga Springs, NY.

EDUCATION

Dr. Kushner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Business Administration degree from SUNY Albany.  He received his Doctorate of Optometry from SUNY College of Optometry.
