Medical Receptionist

Primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service to all patients by utilizing an in-depth knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures.

Ophthalmic Counselor

To perform all job functions in a courteous and professional manner consistent with the mission and goals of Albany-Troy Cataract & Laser Associates, PLLC. Primarily responsible for timely, initial patient contact from the main reception area to perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to; auto-refraction, glasses neutralization, visual field testing, and/or scheduling/prepping patients for in office laser procedures.
